Not dead!
No we're not dead! We just smell funny. Seriously, we (I) are working with some new cool stuff and there's gonna be more regular updates the following weeks. We got "Hata Katten" booked so be prepared for some swedish punk and I also got hold of a 9x3m tent to be used outside at the BBQ. The Live Visual Jam from Up rough might change a little bit since Yoki's hardware broke down and broken don't play well. Stay tuned for more info!

Those present at Maximum Overdose and Breakpoint already had a sneak preview but now its official : Rewired will have its very own exclusive Party Beer, made just for you - available absolutely nowhere to be found in any shop or bar in over a 100km radius (and that covers about all of Belgium, mind you). We'll be having a steady, yet limited supply of this fabulous blonde available for you.

A note to all foreigners coming to the party: We’re organizing an airport transport service for party visitors coming from outside Finland, so if you’re coming by airplane to the Helsinki-Vantaa airport, send us an e-mail with your flight details and we’ll have someone to pick you up.
Advance tickets & pre-registration!
Yes, it’s finally there - pre-registeration, that is! And what’s more interesting, you can also buy tickets in advance for a special early-bird discount price of just 20EUR/ticket. This year, we will give out a prize among the first timers; competitors who never participated in a demoscene compo before. If you never released anything on a party before, SceneCON 2008 is the perfect place to be your first time in a demoscene competition.

Entrance fee
In order to satisfy all those asking about it : The entrance fee. Entrance to Rewired will set you back the quite democratic sum of 25 euros. No day tickets, no compo lurker tickets, XX-chromosome carrying beings do not get in for free - thats emancipation for you :-)

It’s already May and we are really happy to finally have been able to launch the Buenzli 17 website! Welcome! The design is brought to you by Genox (mediagenerator) - our long time reliable source for good looking web pages. In the coming days, we will add a lot of content like timetables, competition rules, special Buenzli 17 features, combined ticket information and whatever else that’s yet still missing. some people were asking about what to bring and what not to bring for sleeping. Beds and bed clothing will be for free. Don’t forget to bring towells though.
