| »The climax of the year for young computer enthusiasts, ASSEMBLY ’02, starts again eleventh time on Thursday 1st of August in Helsinki. The most awaited annual summer event for the “nerds” gathers over 5 000 young computer demo programmers, media artists and gamers from over 20 different countries. This year brings new additions to the program, for example wide ranging seminars, sharing knowledge of the speakers in game development, new mobile devices and also the career path of software business entrepreneurship. For the first time in the world, computer demos and media art will be taken to mobile phones and other PDA devices, when a new mobile demo competition takes place at Assembly.« | ||
