Website launched with info on new competitions

We've finally got the new stream party website online. Parts of it, such as the intranet, are still under construction but there's at least a ton of info on the compos. Most of the competitions are pretty much the same as before but we're also trying out some new things this time. The demo compo has been split into high-end and low-end demo compos, the 4k intro compo is now an "up to 4k" intro compo and a new spoken word compo has been added.
