The Party this year will have a Pirate theme and has place for 50 sceners on site the rest can follow the party online, site with tickets sale and more updates coming in the following days
It’s been 10 years since the first ever Edison demoparty, organized in 2011! In 2020 someone wrote we were the most overproduced online demoparty ever, which was fitting for the 10th party in line! You can judge this yourself by reliving Edison 2020 here: https://www.twitch.tv/edisonparty/videos This year, we’re planning something by circumstance special by organizing not only an ambitious online party just like last year - but to combine it with Sweden’s plan for reopening in-person events! As it stands right now, we’ll be able to host 50 seated demosceners indoors or, if the proposed plan holds through July, even standing up indoors… So, stay tuned for updates! Website and tickets TBA, reserve the date! We provide live music and graphics duels online and on-stage in addition to the regular compos you’ve come to expect and love. Make no mistake, the online part of Edison 2021 will be first and foremost. But being here in person as well? Now that’s… piratey!
